Overview

Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding . Familiar with Incoterms , export-import processes , and customs clearance . Strong communication and negotiation skills . Self-motivated , target-oriented , and responsible. Good business sense and selling skills . Not suitable for candidates with only retail, insurance, or unrelated sales backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new B2B clients for freight forwarding services (Air, Sea, Trucking).
  • Promote export-import solutions (FCL, LCL, customs clearance, warehousing).
  • Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor shipment progress and update clients accordingly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and submit performance reports.
  • Stay updated on international trade trends , shipping routes, and market rates.
  • Attend client meetings and networking events to expand market reach.
