Requirements
Proven experience as an Area/Regional Manager in the smartphone industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to execute and implement plans effectively.
Proficient in market and data analysis with strong forecasting skills.
Fluency in English (speaking, writing, listening) is essential.
Able to lead as a region owner, not just as support.
Job Description
Oversee all regional responsibilities including sales targets, sell-through, strategic planning, branding, HR, data analysis, and stock management.
Provide direct communication with management regarding market trends, competitor analysis, and internal/external situations to achieve positive results.
Engage in direct communication and negotiation with dealers/partners to drive outcomes.
Handle internal and external problem-solving as a region owner.
Support all divisions to enhance business within the region.
Build regional revenue by focusing on specific products, optimizing handling and support.
