We are looking for a Relationship Manager to lead our funding strategy and ensure adequate capital for business operations and growth. This role manages retail investor relationships, secures financing, and aligns funding with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute funding strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop a network of high-net-worth individuals and investment partners.
• Manage relationships with investors.
• Keep an up-to-date list of individuals or entities interested in investment opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Lead and develop a small funding and business development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5+ years in funding, banking, or business development (preferably FinTech).
• Strong knowledge of P2P lending and investor regulations.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Results-driven and collaborative mindset.
