· Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in People Development, Organization Development, and Performance Management.
· Proficient in People Development, including the creation and implementation of Competency Matrix, People and Culture, Competency Gap Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Execution, Evaluation, and Reporting.
· Skilled in Organization Development, including organizational structure analysis and design, job descriptions, job specifications, job load, and job analysis.
· Experienced in Performance Management, including KPI analysis, KPI formulation, and integrated KPI development.
