Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crop Pest Supervisor located in Karanganyar. The Crop Pest Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and managing pest control measures in greenhouses, identifying pest-related issues, implementing preventative strategies, and ensuring overall plant health. Daily tasks include inspecting crops, maintaining pest control records, and coordinating with greenhouse staff to maintain optimal growing conditions.
Qualifications
- Experience in pest control management and crop health monitoring
- Knowledge of hydroponic technology and greenhouse management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain detailed records and reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Relevant certification or degree in agriculture or related field
- Experience with sustainable agricultural practices is a plus
