Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as HRBP for assigned business units, partnering with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage industrial relations activities, including union negotiations, collective bargaining, and maintaining constructive labor relations.
  • Provide expert guidance on manpower regulatory compliance, including depnaker, OJK, etc. Ensure HR policies align with statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and management teams to mitigate risks and manage employment-related disputes.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce trends, employee engagement, and relations issues to recommend proactive solutions.
  • Support organizational restructuring, redeployment, or workforce adjustment initiatives while ensuring fair labor practices.
  • Develop and deliver training for managers on employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, fairness, and trust across the workforce.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Industrial & Employee Relations. Experience in Financial Sector Industry is a must.
  • Proven experience in dealing with labor unions, collective bargaining, and maintaining constructive industrial relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, manpower regulations, and industrial relations practices in Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage grievances, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High integrity, resilience, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
