Position 1: Operations Admin Support
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or Statistical Science.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Basic data analysis skills with high attention to detail.
Experience in improvement projects is preferred.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement frameworks (DMAIC, PDCA) and Root Cause Analysis tools (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram) is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis for operational improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Support documentation and tracking of improvement initiatives.
Position 2: HSE Admin Support
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3).
Hold a valid AK3 Umum Certification.
Minimum 2 years of experience as HSE Admin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with PROPER and SIMPLE (hazardous waste management).
Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 is an advantage.
Understanding of Risk Assessment and Environmental Aspect methodologies.
Basic knowledge of good documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HSE documentation and compliance activities.
Assist in environmental and safety reporting (e.g., PROPER, SIMPLE).
Coordinate HSE training and maintain records.
Ensure alignment with ISO standards and internal safety protocols.
Maintain and organize risk assessments and environmental documentation.
