Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and strategic
Creative Manager
to lead our creative team and ensure the seamless delivery of impactful work. In this pivotal role, you'll manage creative operations, translate strategic direction into actionable plans, and define project KPIs that measure success. You'll work closely with the Strategic Lead, client teams, and other departments to align creative output with business objectives—while fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment for our designers, writers, and other creatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the creative team's daily workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality.
  • Translate strategic goals into clear creative briefs, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Partner with the Strategic Lead to align creative concepts with business objectives and campaign strategies.
  • Define, track, and analyze project KPIs to measure creative performance and impact.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and creative standards across all deliverables.
  • Facilitate creative reviews, feedback loops, and approval processes to maintain alignment and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, marketing, and production teams to deliver integrated, results-driven campaigns.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the creative team's efficiency and output.
  • Mentor and support creative staff, fostering growth, accountability, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in creative management, creative operations, or agency project management.
  • Strong understanding of creative processes across design, copywriting, content production, and digital channels.
  • Proven ability to set and manage KPIs for creative projects and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to bridge business objectives and creative execution.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
