Job Description :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job requisition, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and getting candidates on-board
  • Manage headcounts and hiring plans, as well as initiate talk sessions with employees during on-boarding/resignation period or for any cases that require consultation
  • Initiate and implement ideas for continuous improvement in recruitment strategy, recruitment process, and candidate/employee experience (e.g., digitizing job requisition process, streamlining recruitment process, etc.)
  • Being a competent user of all internal systems, to include our employee records system
  • Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
  • Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert
  • Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases
  • Processing leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly
  • Be a contact point for employees regard to employee relation, policy and any issues, also bridge management team and employee
  • Producing Management Information reports
  • Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.
  • Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies
  • Supporting HR priority projects with any administrative activity
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.

Requirement :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Law is preferred
  • Proven 5 years experience in HR role and 2 years as a HR Supervisor who taking care full spectrum of HR operation and general affairs
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, positive thinking, and Can-Do attitude.
  • Multi-tasks person, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation
  • Good communication skills and presentation skill in English
  • People oriented is required
  • Have experience in Industrial Relations
