As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who is ready to lead and optimize warehouse operations that directly support critical power generation activities.
We're looking for a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced, structured environments and understands the importance of timely material flow, system accuracy, and safety compliance. This position is ideal for those who have experience in warehouse management in a power plant or heavy industry and are passionate about operational excellence.
We're Looking for You
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily warehouse operations and leading continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily warehouse activities, contractors, and team members.
- Managing material movement, inventory, staging, and preservation to support plant operations.
- Ensuring proper handling and storage of all materials, including hazardous goods.
- Maintaining accurate data entry and tracking in Maximo and ERP systems.
- Improving warehouse layout and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and 5R practices.
- Supporting SOP and procedural development for inventory control.
- Analyzing material risks and ensuring critical spares are well-managed.
- Leading performance monitoring and reporting activities.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum D3 degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in warehouse roles.
- At least 5 years of warehouse experience in a 24/7 operational environment (preferably power plant).
- Deep understanding of: Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Planning and Distribution, ERP platforms (SAP, Maximo), ISO and 5R/5S practices, Hazardous material safety protocols
- Ability to coordinate commercial processes and administrative project support.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
