PT Orson Indonesia is a bar soap manufacturing company, that has recently expanded to liquid soap, aerosol and oil repackaging. We are currently located in Marunda, Tanjung Priok.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Tanjung Priok. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day production operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management. The Factory Manager will also be involved in operations management to ensure the efficient functioning of manufacturing operations, and to meet production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Production Planning, Production Management, and Manufacturing Operations skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or Chemical Engineering is a must
- Prior experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry is a must
- Proficiency in production and quality management systems
- Is able to speak English
- Excellent project management skills
- Able to manage a team
- Able to coordinate and manage labour/buruh
- Understand machine capabilities
- Has a can do attitude
- Experience in handling GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, FDA, Halal regulation, etc
- Will be handling or monitoring production, engineering, QC, RND, QA and Compliance
- Strong technical and PLC system skill is a must
- Strong ERP system skills
