Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture or any related field with GPA min. 3.00

  • Having 2+ years of experience in construction or site supervision is preferable. Experience in managing a construction site for Residentials such as Houses or Villa is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes for Residentials.

  • Having experience in interior project is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.

  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

  • Ability to work long hours and in varying weather conditions as required.

  • Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic.

Working Conditions:

  • Working days: Monday-Saturday, 09.00 AM PM.

  • Work is primarily conducted outdoors at the construction site.

  • Placement for Jambi 1, Jakarta 3 & Bogor 1.

Responsibilities:

1. Site Management

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is being carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Oversee the performance and productivity of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery on-site.

2. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the construction site complies with local building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards or risks.
  • Promote a safety-conscious work environment and ensure all workers are trained in safe practices.

3. Quality Control

  • Monitor the quality of work on-site, ensuring construction standards and project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections and resolve any issues regarding the quality of construction work.
  • Ensure that all materials used are appropriate and meet the required standards.

4. Team Coordination

  • Communicate effectively with team members and workers to provide clear instructions and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that the project progresses as planned.

5. Project Scheduling

  • Scheduling project timelines and ensure that construction work is completed within the scheduled time frame (S Curve).
  • Address any delays or issues that may impact the project timeline and suggest solutions to keep the project on track.

6. Material & Equipment Management

  • Creating project budget plan (RAP)
  • Ensure that materials and equipment are available on-site as needed, and manage to avoid shortages.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure time delivery of materials.
  • Maintain records of material usage and ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste.

7. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including progress reports, incidents, and inspections.
  • Report to the Project Manager on project progress, worker performance, and any issues encountered on-site.
  • Keep track of project costs, changes, and potential issues related to the construction process.

8. Problem Solving

  • Address any on-site issues or conflicts and resolve them quickly with Project Manager to avoid project delays.
  • Suggest practical solutions on-site challenges related to construction work or logistics.
