Role 1: Leader Sales – Kota Surabaya (Furniture/Retail Focus)Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from any major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Prospect target customers, visit them frequently to create market awareness of the company and raise our profile in the marketplace in order to realize an individual (yearly) sales budget.
- Collaboratively develop an individual business plan and work in accordance with the regional business plan, following instructions from Head of Sales and top management to realize sales budget and planning for your assigned customers and/or territory.
- Organize trips to target customers, both alone and jointly with management, as well as technical seminars and meetings.
- Visit and meet with potential and current customers to make formal presentation of the company, our product range and services or to discuss special product inquiries or customers’ needs.
- Provide clear, logical, comprehensive and accurate reports on trips and customer profiling data.
- Liaise with customers to identify their primary needs, map decision‑makers, and ensure our offers and approach meet or exceed their expectations.
- Ensure customer orders contain the necessary information to process them, assist in clarifying ambiguous information and obtaining missing data.
- Compile and follow up quotations and tenders to successful order and provide appropriate feedback to management if orders are not placed.
- Collaborate with other Sales members and departments/Business Units to gather intelligence on projects and systems being managed or commercialized within the territory.
- Read and interpret commercial contracts.
- Liaise with sales support on commercial and technical matters.
- Provide support to major industry fairs.

Requirements:
- Formal qualification is preferred, however relevant experience and/or training is acceptable.
- A strong commercial background and sales skills.
- Ability to read and interpret commercial contracts.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Proficiency in the following computer software is required: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations.

Role 4: Sales Manager – MerchantResponsibilities:
- Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
- Daily visit to merchant and make good relationship with PIC store.
- Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the programs sales targets can be met.
- Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.
- Handle around 20-30 Sales Promoters.
- Monitoring the daily activities of Promoters.
- Conducting field team training and refreshment training for Promoter.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Required Skills: strong Leadership and ability to manage Team and Area, good communication skill and marketing skill with social media.
- Preferably Staff (non‑management & non‑supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent.
- Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
- Able to work shifting.
Responsibilities:

- 10+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years as a Sales Manager or in any senior leadership role.

Position Summary:
Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up‑selling. Determine and give complementaries to guests as gifts for their patronage. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
Assist management in training and motivating employees; serve as a role model. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
