Requirements:
- S1 from reputable University majoring food technology / post-harvest technology or any related major
- Minimum 1-3 years experience as QC/QA food industry
- Familiar with fresh produce (beef, seafood, poultry), dry goods, and protein (tofu, tempeh, eggs)
- Proactive, fast learner, well organised person with good communication skills
- Strong analytical, comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets), Google Data Analysis, basic SQL
- Basic understanding about Halal, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Can Join ASAP
Job Description:
Monitor feedback quality of fresh produce especially Category Beef, Seefood, Poultry, Dry Goods, & Protein
Analyse the root cause from the customer feedback for quality improvement
Conduct trials for new samples of each category to meet Segari quality specification
Conduct improvement trial for both existing product and new product especially on shelf life, packaging, or any project with the other team (Beef, Seafood, Poultry only)
Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Working Instruction (WI), quality specifications and training material related to quality product
