Requirements:

  • S1 from reputable University majoring food technology / post-harvest technology or any related major
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience as QC/QA food industry
  • Familiar with fresh produce (beef, seafood, poultry), dry goods, and protein (tofu, tempeh, eggs)
  • Proactive, fast learner, well organised person with good communication skills
  • Strong analytical, comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets), Google Data Analysis, basic SQL
  • Basic understanding about Halal, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Can Join ASAP

Job Description:

  • Monitor feedback quality of fresh produce especially Category Beef, Seefood, Poultry, Dry Goods, & Protein

  • Analyse the root cause from the customer feedback for quality improvement

  • Conduct trials for new samples of each category to meet Segari quality specification

  • Conduct improvement trial for both existing product and new product especially on shelf life, packaging, or any project with the other team (Beef, Seafood, Poultry only)

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Working Instruction (WI), quality specifications and training material related to quality product
