Key Responsibilities:
- Execute promotional activities, product sampling, and on-ground events according to the marketing plan.
- Ensure all promotional materials (POP, POSM, banners, booths, displays) are properly installed and meet the company standards.
Assist in preparation and execution of product launches, roadshows, and consumer engagement events.
Monitor the effectiveness of promotional and activation activities in the field.
- Collect program data (photos, sales reports, consumer feedback).
- Prepare post-activity reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Supervise and guide promoters / SPG / event crews during activations.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding materials, logistics, and event support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Manage POSM inventory and ensure efficient usage.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in trade marketing, field activation, or event operations (FMCG background preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel frequently and work in the field.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and a good team player.
- Owning a personal vehicle is a must (car).
