Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and growing assigned key accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead communication with customers, ensuring smooth coordination for orders, product information, and service needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide insight for business strategy.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, updates, and market feedback to the Area Sales Manager.
- Actively participate in sales planning, review meetings, and strategy discussions.
- Represent the company professionally by delivering excellent service and demonstrating company values in all interactions.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food Service industry.
- Strong understanding of the assigned area and its market characteristics.
- Proven capability in managing key accounts.
- Basic selling skills and the ability to handle customer negotiations.
- Basic analytical skills to support planning and decision-making.
- Highly motivated, process-driven, and result-oriented.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Able to provide day-to-day reports to the Area Sales Manager, with a co-reporting line to the Business Development Manager
