Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and growing assigned key accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead communication with customers, ensuring smooth coordination for orders, product information, and service needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide insight for business strategy.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, updates, and market feedback to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Actively participate in sales planning, review meetings, and strategy discussions.
  • Represent the company professionally by delivering excellent service and demonstrating company values in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food Service industry.
  • Strong understanding of the assigned area and its market characteristics.
  • Proven capability in managing key accounts.
  • Basic selling skills and the ability to handle customer negotiations.
  • Basic analytical skills to support planning and decision-making.
  • Highly motivated, process-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Able to provide day-to-day reports to the Area Sales Manager, with a co-reporting line to the Business Development Manager
