What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Become a strategic partner to work units in workforce planning, employee development, and performance management.
- Design and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic positions according to organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-divisions, and support the implementation of HR policies and programs that are aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with outsourcing or headhunting services companies in helping to obtain qualified and suitable candidates.
What Is Required And What We're Looking For:
- Possess a minimum educational background of S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in Psychology, Management, Law, or a relevant field, and 6-7 years of experience in HR functions, especially in HRBP and recruitment.
- Understand the organizational structure, job family, and competency needs in the financial sector, including the recruitment process for front office, middle officer, supporting, and bank's strategic functions.
- Able to design talent acquisition and management strategies that align with the culture of compliance, integrity, and the bank's business targets.
- Possess good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in collaborating with work units, and accustomed to working in a dynamic, regulatory, and stakeholder service-oriented work environment.
- Accustomed to working across functions, adaptive to change, and able to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
