We're looking for someone to provide cover for our current Property Manager during holidays, absences, and other times when needed.The tasks involved will include:1. Managing emails related to our two properties2. Regularly contacting lettings agents, utility companies, and local councils for updates3. Responding to queries from lettings agents, including granting permission for certificates to be issued4. Obtaining quotes for work required5. Attending a brief 30-minute meeting with us weekly to provide updates6. Ensuring we are aware of important deadlines and any tasks that require our input7. Offering advice on decisions and providing input on challenges, such as damage caused by tenants or incorrect council tax charges8. Putting any vacant properties up for sale through an estate agent and following up with solicitors9. Updating a spreadsheet with income and outgoings for each property10. Submitting monthly profit and loss accounts11. Completing monthly bank reconciliations12.
