Job Responsibilities:
- Regional Store Operations Coordination: Responsible for managing store operations (including directly operated and authorized stores) within the assigned region, formulating sales plans, driving achievement of sales targets, and increasing market share in the region.
- Daily Store Operations Management: Ensure implementation and evaluation of standard operating procedures for daily store operations, follow up on marketing activities and ensure effective execution to enhance brand image.
- Regional Business Communication: Maintain close communication with the national New Retail platform to jointly promote regional business development, while building strong partnerships with local collaborators (authorized store partners, suppliers, etc.).
- Store Planning and Expansion in the Region: Responsible for planning the store system and developing new stores within the region, and collaborating to achieve regional expansion goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 3 years in regional management. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
- Familiar with international retail operation models, with proven success in regional business development and management.
