Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Area Sales Manager (ASM) in leading, directing and motivating distributor's sales team to ensure sales and distribution targets set are achieved
- Assist ASM and distributor in generating sales opportunities, build distribution with focus on General Trade, Modern Trade channels.
- Develop and implement the sales and promotion plan and evaluate sales related promotion activities.
- Responsible for target achievement, distribution, availability and visibility company product through local distributor partner
- Making sales strategies and socialize them to the sales team, Making monthly report, Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers
- Update Management on market situation (competitors' promotion activities, market demand), report on sales, stocks, Purchase Orders.
- Conduct joint visits and attend weekly meetings with distributor team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant sales experience in FMCG industry and at least 2 years of experience as Area Sales Supervisor
- Have a good knowledge about coverage area
- Willing to place at BANTEN
- Having experiences in General Trade and Modern Trade channels
