Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain good relationships with employees, labor unions, and government institutions related to manpower.
  • Handle and resolve industrial relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support collective labor agreement (CLA) negotiation and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on industrial relations matters.
  • Oversee and manage general affairs activities, including office facilities, security, transportation, utilities, and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate and supervise company events, permits, and other administrative needs.
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives related to employee engagement, communication, and workplace improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in Industrial Relations and General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Indonesian labor law and regulations
    .
  • Proven experience in handling disciplinary cases, union relations, and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR information systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
