Core Responsibilities

1.Social Media Management & KOL/KOC Collaboration

Manage the brand's presence on key Indonesian social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), including content planning, publishing, and performance analysis, ensuring content localization and cultural relevance.

Identify, negotiate with, and manage local Indonesian KOLs/KOCs to develop co-created campaigns that enhance brand awareness and user trust.

.Marketing Campaign Execution (Exhibitions & Pop-ups)

Plan and execute offline marketing activities in the Indonesian market, including industry trade shows (e.g., Indonesia Toy Fair) and pop-up events, overseeing end-to-end management—from booth design and logistics coordination to on-site activation.

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that combine offline pop-up experiences with digital engagement to enhance brand exposure and consumer interaction.

3.User Operations & Community Building

Develop and maintain user communities in Indonesia (e.g., private social groups, membership programs), implementing targeted initiatives (e.g., exclusive events, personalized communication) to increase engagement and repeat purchases.

Analyze user behavior data to design and optimize user lifecycle strategies, including new user activation, re-engagement of inactive users, and retention of high-value customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Indonesian consumer goods sector (toys or mother-baby products preferred).

Hands-on experience in organizing exhibitions and pop-up events, with the ability to manage full project cycles independently.

Proficiency in managing social media platforms widely used in Indonesia and demonstrated experience in KOL/KOC collaboration.

Familiarity with user operation strategies and tools (e.g., CRM systems, community management platforms).

Strong skills in public sentiment monitoring and analysis, with an understanding of local reputation management practices.

Native proficiency in Indonesian and professional working proficiency in English.

Passion for the toy industry and adaptability in a fast-paced, cross-cultural work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with KOL/KOC collaborations and community management in the Indonesian toy or mother-baby product sectors.

Familiarity with the Indonesian retail landscape and social media ecosystem.

Knowledge of Indonesian data compliance regulations.

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
