RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and coordinate all operational activities at the site to ensure production targets are achieved as planned.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of underground mining projects, especially blasting activities.
- Ensure all mining activities are carried out in accordance with safety and environmental standards and comply with regulations.
- Manage teams in underground blasting (sublevel stoping, raise, draw point), ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with related departments to achieve production targets and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Prepare operational reports, evaluate team performance, and provide recommendations for project improvements.
- Provide training and coaching for team members on blasting techniques and underground safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum certification of POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya).
- Must hold a valid KJL II (Blaster Class II) certificate.
- Proven experience at an underground gold/copper mine (or similar mine) for at least 3 years, supported by a letter of experience.
- Strong background as a Project Manager in underground mining, especially in blasting activities (sublevel stoping, raise, draw point).
- Excellent project management, safety management (K3), and underground operation skills.
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams and working independently.
- Willing to be placed at the mine site and work on a roster system.
