Role Description
The
Affiliate Specialist
is fully responsible for developing and managing affiliate programs (Creators/KOLs) on platforms such as
Shopee
and
TikTok
(as well as other e-commerce, marketplace, and social commerce platforms). The role includes the entire process — from
sourcing and recruiting affiliates
to
monitoring their daily performance
. The main objective is to
maintain strong relationships with affiliates
and
achieve sales targets through affiliate channels
.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
in Administration, Customer Service, Marketing Support, or Affiliate/KOL Administration
(Fresh graduates with strong relevant skills are welcome to apply)
. - Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Negotiation skills to maintain affiliate partnerships.
- Ability to Analyze Data, Generate Reports, and Use Tools for Performance Tracking
(especially Google Sheets). - Proficiency in Marketing Tools and Platforms related to affiliate management.
- Minimum education:
Vocational High School (SMK) / equivalent.
(Preferably from an Administration, Marketing, or a relevant major). - Familiarity with trends in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.
- Proactive, fast learner,
and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Meticulous, detail-oriented,
and responsible in data and administrative management. - Goal-oriented
(able to work with targets).
