Responsibilities
We\'re looking for talented and passionate individuals to fill the role of Artificial Intelligence Engineer with following details.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Explore and research generative AI and machine learning, then turn insights into real-world applications.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions that tackle complex problems with the right models and techniques.
- Work closely with data engineers, developers, and domain experts to bring AI into our products and services.
- Stay on top of the latest in AI and machine learning, and translate new knowledge into practical value for the company.
- Partner with teams across the business to understand challenges and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- An engineering-first mindset with solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Great communication skills 12 you can explain complex ideas to both techies and non-techies.
- Solid knowledge of AI development and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong Python skills, with a good grasp of design patterns and OOP.
- Comfortable speaking Linux fluentlyven in your sleep.
- Hands-on experience deploying apps/services with Docker.
- Experience with databases: SQL (e.g. MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
- Bonus points if you\u2019ve worked with:
- FastAPI or Flask for backend development
- LLM agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph)
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques
- Apache Airflow for ETL pipelines
- Machine learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Willing to work On-site / fully WFO in Surabaya.
