Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably from a construction or property developer company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is an advantage.
- Experience handle employee attendance, leave, and insurance/BPJS, and prepare accurate payroll and timely monthly personnel reports Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English (writing and conversation)
- Detail-oriented , analytical, and able to work with accuracy.
- Highly Initiative, Good communication (with person from any background) and coordination skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
- Familiar use software tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Understand labour law and regulations.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: job posting, administrative screening, initial interviews, testing, hiring process also manage and update the candidate database
- Prepare and submit recruitment reports
- Build and maintain relationships with external parties (universities, job fairs, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct HRGA Supervisor
- Supporting human resources and general administrative tasks

- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll administration (contracts, attendance, leaves, overtime and evaluations, etc.).
