Job Descriptions:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements.
Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure.
Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide events, conferences, and off-sites.
Liaise with HR, Finance, and other departments on administrative matters.
Provide support for budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement for executive needs.
Act as a cultural ambassador and uphold company values in all interactions.
Minimum Qualifications: Job Requirements:
Female
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a tech or IT environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with acute attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, etc).
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexible and proactive with a positive attitude.
Must be fluent in communication in English
