Job Purpose
Sales Merchandiser will support promotional activities, ensure stock availability, and build relationships with retail staff to maximize product sales and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility across all assigned retail outlets.
• Set up attractive product displays in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Implement and update point-of-sale materials (e.g., posters, shelf-talkers, testers).
• Provide product information and recommendations to retail staff and customers.
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Check and report stock levels, expiry dates, and product shelf life.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Minimize out-of-stock and overstock situations.
• Support in-store activations, promotions, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with promoters and beauty advisors during special events.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional marketing or cosmetology training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a merchandiser or in retail, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sector.
• Good understanding of beauty products and market trends.
• Ability to travel and manage multiple store visits per day.
