Supports the company's business strategy and initiatives by driving growth and project acquisition through end-to-end management of the business development cycle. This includes identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and converting prospects through comprehensive technical and financial proposal preparation (including cost estimation and expert team composition), while ensuring seamless project handover to technical teams.
