- Manage end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Handle all aspects of personnel administration, including employee data management, contracts, attendance, and other HR documentation.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with internal policies and market competitiveness.
- Manage industrial relations matters, supporting the implementation of company regulations and maintaining positive relationships with employees and labor authorities.
- Ensure compliance with PPh 21 (income tax) calculations and reporting.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR-related inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or personnel administration.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll management (both manual and HRIS-based).
- Solid understanding of PPh 21, HR administration, and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly organized in managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management ability.
