YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

Monitor and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan
Maintain and improve systems, processes and workflow to maximize accurate inventory records
Check and ensure completeness and consistency of purchase orders, contracts and shipping lists for the entire inventory process
Track orders and investigate problems.
Ensure the whole supply chain is in order so as to smoothen the operation
Maintain inventory level as per forecast in monthly basis and ensure safety stock level to prevent any shortage issue
Generate report of Forecast vs actual order, as feedback to commercial team to provide agreed material purchase plan in monthly basis

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience: 3–4 years in inventory planning, material planning, or supply chain management (manufacturing background preferred).
Technical skills:
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting).
Familiarity with demand planning and forecasting techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with clear communication, attention to detail, and effective cross-team collaboration
Be able to speak English for business level
Familiar with high SKU management
