Responsibilities
- Handling & maintenance data well
- Ensure data is properly handled, processed, and maintained with accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold data integrity across systems
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (chat, email, phone) in a polite, clear, and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information, guidance, and solutions to customer issues.
- Escalating complex cases to the relevant team when necessary and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Contribute to the optimization and improvement of data handling processes
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills, especially in handling and interacting with clients
- Capable of using Linux-based operating systems (preferably Ubuntu)
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Ready to work on-site in shifting arrangements WIB | WIB | WIB)
- Familiarity with Python is a great plus
- Fresh graduates with strong interest are highly encouraged to apply.
