Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial and Administrative Manager to oversee our company's financial health and administrative operations. This role is crucial for ensuring our financial compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cost control.
  • Prepare and monitor company budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports to support management decisions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including calculations for taxes (PPH 21), BPJS, and other statutory deductions.
  • Handle all tax-related matters, including monthly and annual tax reports (SPT) and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and other government institutions.
  • Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administrative functions, including procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and business travel arrangements.
  • Manage company legal documents, permits, and contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with Indonesian law.
  • Lead and develop the administrative support team.
  • Oversee essential HR operations, including payroll processing and the accurate registration & management of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan programs etc

Qualifications and Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a similar finance & administration management role in Indonesia.
  • In-depth understanding of Indonesian financial accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations (perpajakan). Possession of a valid NPWP is mandatory.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential for effective communication with local teams and international stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Indonesian accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, Zahir). Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the [Your Industry, e.g., trading, manufacturing, e-commerce] industry.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA).
  • Experience with ERP systems.
