Job Description ;

  • Experience in managing office assets, procurement facilities,permit and vendor coordination
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and facilities,ensuring cleanliness and managing utilities
  • Control and report budget (expense and investment)
  • Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers
  • Providing support for company events
  • to suggest improvement of administration operational system
  • Managing daily operational expenses and ensuring the smooth running of the office

Job Specificaton:

  • Bachelor degree management and accounting from reputable university
  • Min.1 years experience in same position
  • Good ability in Microsoft Office Good proficiency in English
  • Willing to work and business trip to another city
  • Strong organizational skill,ability to manage time efficiently and ability to handle multiple task simultaneously
