Job Description ;
- Experience in managing office assets, procurement facilities,permit and vendor coordination
- Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and facilities,ensuring cleanliness and managing utilities
- Control and report budget (expense and investment)
- Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers
- Providing support for company events
- to suggest improvement of administration operational system
- Managing daily operational expenses and ensuring the smooth running of the office
Job Specificaton:
- Bachelor degree management and accounting from reputable university
- Min.1 years experience in same position
- Good ability in Microsoft Office Good proficiency in English
- Willing to work and business trip to another city
- Strong organizational skill,ability to manage time efficiently and ability to handle multiple task simultaneously
