In this role, you will help clients transform their operations through smart, scalable, and human-centered IT solutions.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, ensuring that every solution we deliver truly makes a difference for our clients and their teams.
What you'll do:
- Consult with clients to identify business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into practical IT strategies and solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize technology solutions that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
- Conduct system analysis, integration planning, and solution architecture to ensure seamless deployment and user experience.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Software Development, Project Management, and Business Operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on IT best practices, system upgrades, and emerging digital technologies.
- Prepare documentation, solution proposals, and technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support post-implementation activities, ensuring systems run efficiently and clients are fully supported.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation strategies to bring innovative ideas to clients.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT consulting, system integration, or solution design.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and digital transformation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and client teams.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
