Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations, ensuring effective communication and a positive working environment.
- Handling payroll calculation, including employee tax (PPh 21).
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.
- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower planning and training needs.
- Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees, providing translation and interpretation as needed.
- Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review.
- Handling BPJS TK & KS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR .
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
