Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, ensuring effective communication and a positive working environment.
  • Handling payroll calculation, including employee tax (PPh 21).
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.
  • Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower planning and training needs.
  • Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees, providing translation and interpretation as needed.
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review.
  • Handling BPJS TK & KS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR .
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
