Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, or Business.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with strong background as HRBP in multinational manufacturing or automotive companies.
- Solid understanding of HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Proven experience in change management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Able to work closely with senior leaders as a strategic advisor and coach.
- Confident in using HR analytics and performance management tools to support business goals.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and experience aligning global HR practices with local compliance.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments with a focus on agility and innovation also Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- High integrity, strong business acumen, and ability to balance people and performance priorities
