Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in HR, or administration
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- High integrity, confidentiality, and service-oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, good command in English both verbal and written
- Understanding of labor law and HR regulations (preferred)
Responsibilities:
HR Development
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks)
- Handle in planning, organizing, and implementing employee training & development programs
- Maintain accurate KPI records and prepare performance reports
- Assist in employee engagement programs and HR-related initiatives
