Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in HR, or administration
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and service-oriented mindset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good command in English both verbal and written
  • Understanding of labor law and HR regulations (preferred)

Responsibilities:

HR Development

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks)
  • Handle in planning, organizing, and implementing employee training & development programs
  • Maintain accurate KPI records and prepare performance reports
  • Assist in employee engagement programs and HR-related initiatives
