Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational activities, strategies, and initiatives to ensure delivery of products or services on time.
Identify and implement best practices optimization, quality assurance, and process controls to streamline operations and enhance improve efficiency such as Lean Six Sigma projects or Kaizen events.
Allocate and maximize utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support operational activities and meet production or service delivery targets.
Monitor inventory levels, manage supply chain logistics, and coordinate procurement activities as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to identify and address any quality or compliance issues.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and implement the necessary justifications to meet or exceed customer's expectations.
Qualifications
Have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or any related field.
Have certifications such as CSCP or CPIM is a plus.
Have minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
Proficient in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills to work with external parties and cross department functions.
Able to travel occasionally for supplier visits, conferences, or industry events.
Able to accept exposure to noise, equipment, and varying temperatures in manufacturing or warehouse working environments.
