Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational activities, strategies, and initiatives to ensure delivery of products or services on time.

  • Identify and implement best practices optimization, quality assurance, and process controls to streamline operations and enhance improve efficiency such as Lean Six Sigma projects or Kaizen events.

  • Allocate and maximize utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support operational activities and meet production or service delivery targets.

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supply chain logistics, and coordinate procurement activities as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to identify and address any quality or compliance issues.

  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and implement the necessary justifications to meet or exceed customer's expectations.

Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or any related field.

  • Have certifications such as CSCP or CPIM is a plus.

  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.

  • Proficient in supply chain management software and ERP systems.

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills to work with external parties and cross department functions.

  • Able to travel occasionally for supplier visits, conferences, or industry events.

  • Able to accept exposure to noise, equipment, and varying temperatures in manufacturing or warehouse working environments.
