We’re looking for a VP Sales, Retail & Operations to lead and scale our sales strategy, retail excellence, and operational performance across all Avamora brands. This role will oversee nationwide sales growth, end-to-end retail operations, and the execution of strategies that elevate customer experience and brand presence. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, optimizing processes, and ensuring our stores and teams operate at world-class standards.

Education & Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s/MBA preferred ).

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in sales, operations, or commercial management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or retail industries.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth across multiple channels (offline retail, online, and B2B/distribution).

Experienced in sales forecasting, channel strategy, and account management — balancing short‑term sales targets with long‑term brand and market building.

Strong understanding of pricing strategy, trade marketing, and margin optimization .

Experience developing and leading national or regional sales teams with measurable performance culture.

Operational Excellence

Proven ability to scale end‑to‑end operations , from procurement to retail execution, ensuring agility, accuracy, and profitability.

Strong command of supply chain management, inventory planning, and demand forecasting .

Experienced in optimizing operational processes, vendor performance, and cost efficiency while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Knowledge of ERP systems, retail data analytics, and digital commerce operations .

Strategic & Financial Acumen

Sharp strategic thinker capable of connecting business goals with operational execution and commercial results.

Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and working capital to deliver sustainable profitability.

Proven ability to translate analytics and data into actionable strategies.

Leadership & Culture Fit

Inspiring leader with the ability to build, align, and empower cross‑functional teams.

Strong collaborator across Marketing, Finance, and Product divisions to ensure unified execution.

High integrity and alignment with our PRISMA values .

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external partners.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia .
