We are looking for a Secretary who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills to support the company's administrative and secretarial activities. This position plays an important role in assisting cross-department coordination, scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize company documents such as letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Arrange schedules, appointments, and agendas for executives, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
- Manage and maintain company files and archives in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including with clients and business partners.
- Preparing and assisting with business contracts or agreements
- Draft official letters, memos, and other correspondence.
- Assist in preparing meetings, events, and company activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and important documents.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required by the company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admin Secretary or in a similar administrative position.
- Experience in preparing and assisting with business contracts or agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office administration applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or related fields.
- Experience working in a corporate or professional environment is an advantage.
