The Challenge

In this role, you will be trained to grow as an Account Executive, learning how to communicate and interact with customers, provide solutions to their problems, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include selling subscription ads, facilitating communication between Lamudi and customers, and maintaining excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Partner with clients who subscribe to Lamudi's ad products from the start to the end of their subscription, and help resolve technical issues.
  • Client Partnership: Identify client needs and suggest suitable additional products.
  • Complaint Handling: Provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Customer Database Management: Ensure CRM data is complete and regularly updated.

Candidate Criteria

  • Fresh graduates with D3/S1 education or 1 year of experience in account management/B2B sales/partnerships/customer care.
  • Ability to commit to assigned work and interest in working in a startup environment with a fast pace.
  • Willingness to learn new things and go beyond the listed tasks.
  • Excellent pitching and sales skills: able to persuade customers in a structured and pleasant manner.
  • Clear career vision: individuals who have a clear view of their future career and roles.
  • Good analytical thinking: capable of providing relevant advice and solutions.
  • Resilient: not easily discouraged by rejection or complaints.
  • Can-do attitude: eager to learn and try new things.
  • Excellent communicator: able to communicate clearly and effectively.
