Responsibilities :

  • Develop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formula
  • Planning, execute and implementing the development of new product/process, product/process improvements, and cost savings ideas
  • Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements (BPOM, BRC, Customer Audits)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from Food Technology
  • At least 5 years experience as a R&D Manager from Seafood manufacturing company
  • Must be experienced in R&D of Surimi or Seafood Product
  • Knowledgeable in food ingredients and its function
  • Understanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC)
  • Proficient at Food Product Formulation
  • Good Leadership and management skills, able to communicate well with colleagues; presentation skills, and a strong sense of creativity
  • Placement in Kendal, Central Java
