Responsibilities :
- Develop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formula
- Planning, execute and implementing the development of new product/process, product/process improvements, and cost savings ideas
- Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements (BPOM, BRC, Customer Audits)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from Food Technology
- At least 5 years experience as a R&D Manager from Seafood manufacturing company
- Must be experienced in R&D of Surimi or Seafood Product
- Knowledgeable in food ingredients and its function
- Understanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC)
- Proficient at Food Product Formulation
- Good Leadership and management skills, able to communicate well with colleagues; presentation skills, and a strong sense of creativity
- Placement in Kendal, Central Java
