We are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Assistant Manager to join our team at PT. USUI INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA, located in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing supplier audits, maintaining import and local purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with ISO and IATF standards, and supporting cost reduction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier audits (Tier 2) and ensure compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
- Prepare and present KPI reports to top management.
- Follow up on localization purchasing activities.
- Manage and maintain import licenses, import parts, and local parts.
- Act as auditee and auditor for ISO-related activities.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and track implementation progress.
- Prepare reports for the Manager and President Director.
- Review bid tabulations and verify published purchase orders.
- Ensure all purchasing and business activities comply with legal and corporate regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any major.
- At least 10 years of working experience in a Japanese automotive company.
- Minimum of 5 years as Senior Supervisor or 3 years as Assistant Manager in the Purchasing Department.
- Strong understanding of ISO and IATF standards.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be willing to work and domiciled in Cikarang or nearest areas.
