Role Description
The Recruitment & Development Intern will support the HR team in recruitment and learning & development activities. This role involves assisting in the hiring process, preparing training syllabuses, and coordinating employee development programs, while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in HR functions.
Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and tracking progress.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment flow.
- Support the preparation and development of training syllabuses, materials, and documentation for employee development programs.
- Assist in the execution of learning and development programs, including logistics, participant coordination, and evaluation.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to enhance recruitment and development practices.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment and training activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Sociology, Education Technology, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Passionate about HR, especially in recruitment and people development.
- Design skills (at least using Canva) will be a strong advantage.
