Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery to warehouse.
Coordinate and negotiate with forwarders/shipping agents to ensure best cost and service efficiency.
Oversee accuracy and compliance of shipping and customs documents (PIB, L/C, COO, Shipping Instruction, Insurance, etc.).
Monitor supplier invoice payments, taxes, and freight costs in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Provide solutions for operational challenges and ensure alignment with latest import-export regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
4–6 years of proven experience in Import-Export, Shipping, and Customs Clearance.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills..
Willing to work under a 3-month contract under Outsource (maternity leave replacement) starting from November 2025
Willing to full WFO Monday–Friday in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
