Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
Proven experience in handling bipartite/tripartite negotiations, dispute resolution, and union/labor communication.
Good understanding of HR operations (e.g., contracts, disciplinary process, grievance handling).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive issues.
Willing to travel for business purposes.
Willing to work on-site at our head office in Sidoarjo
Job Descriotion
Advice, consult, facilitate and sensitise on IR structures and procedures for the day-to-day practical aspects of an IR function.
Coordination to internal and external relation.
Checking and reporting all Dispute.
Issuing Evaluation.
Issuing Recommendation.
Building of constructive relationships between all stakeholders.
Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions, to ensure compliance with terms of labor contract.
