Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations.

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.

  • Proven experience in handling bipartite/tripartite negotiations, dispute resolution, and union/labor communication.

  • Good understanding of HR operations (e.g., contracts, disciplinary process, grievance handling).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive issues.

  • Willing to travel for business purposes.

  • Willing to work on-site at our head office in Sidoarjo

Job Descriotion

  • Advice, consult, facilitate and sensitise on IR structures and procedures for the day-to-day practical aspects of an IR function.

  • Coordination to internal and external relation.

  • Checking and reporting all Dispute.

  • Issuing Evaluation.

  • Issuing Recommendation.

  • Building of constructive relationships between all stakeholders.

  • Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions, to ensure compliance with terms of labor contract.
