We are looking for an enthusiastic Chinese language teacher to engage late‑early learners (4‑6 years old).
- Provide quality education to young learners (4‑6 years old)
- Coordinate with Class Manager teams to schedule classes with children
- Women aged 21‑40 years old
- Based in West Surabaya

- HSK 5 / Chinese Overseas Graduate
- Lesson planning and education skills
- Chinese teaching proficiency
- Former experience teaching young children preferred
- Able to teach offline classes (private/group)
- Deliver engaging, concept‑driven lessons aligned with the IB MYP framework
- Support students in developing critical reading, analytical thinking, effective communication, and creative expression
- Plan and deliver high‑quality MYP English Language and Literature lessons that are inquiry‑based, concept‑driven, and aligned with IB standards
- Design learning engagements that integrate global contexts, key/related concepts, and ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills
- Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments using MYP criteria and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Contribute to unit planning and curriculum development collaboratively with the MYP team
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience (MYP/IB highly valued)
- Strong understanding of language and literature pedagogy, with the ability to adapt to diverse learners
- Familiarity with the IB Middle Years Programme or willingness to undergo IB training
- Excellent communication, organizational, and intercultural skills
We are seeking a full‑time Mandarin teacher to join our dynamic team in Surabaya, East Java.
- Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons for students of various age groups and proficiency levels
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning and participation
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt lessons to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Participate in school events, activities, and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the school’s Mandarin language program
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree with a specialisation in Mandarin language teaching
- Mandatory proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 4) with advantage for HSK 5
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Mandarin in a school or educational setting
- Excellent Mandarin language proficiency, both written and verbal
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Familiarity with Montessori or other alternative teaching methodologies is an advantage
