We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our luxury retail team. This role is pivotal in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest retail standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Profitability: Execute brand sales strategies, analyze performance metrics, and optimize staffing to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Customer Experience: Lead the team to deliver WOW service, coach staff on selling techniques and product knowledge, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Retail Operations: Ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards, and oversee daily operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock integrity, conduct monthly stock takes, and address discrepancies with corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store staff; conduct performance reviews; foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Reporting: Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, along with ad hoc requests from management.
