1. Maintenance Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in maintenance management and ISO implementation, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs within a manufacturing facility.
Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO and experience handling internal and external audits.
Background in manufacturing industries (preferably luggage, bags, or consumer goods).
Excellent knowledge of machine maintenance, utilities (compressor, chiller, boiler), and facility management.
Skilled in developing and monitoring Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize downtime.
Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment breakdowns.
Familiar with spare parts management, maintenance budgeting, and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in English (oral and written); other languages are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production machines, utilities, and facilities.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during maintenance activities.
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets; report performance to management.
Plan and coordinate internal audits; support external (certification/surveillance) audits.
Maintain and update SOPs, procedures, and quality records in line with ISO standards.
Follow up on non-conformities and ensure effective corrective actions.
2. ISO Staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), preferably in a manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and other standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3).
Skilled in conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, and following up on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Experienced in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining quality documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Quality Manuals).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good analytical and documentation skills; detail-oriented.
Proficiency in English (oral and written); other languages are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and other applicable ISO standards.
Conduct internal audits and support external (surveillance/re-certification) audits.
Ensure all quality documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with standards.
Follow up on audit findings and ensure proper implementation of corrective actions.
Conduct ISO training and awareness sessions for employees.
Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and KPI reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Maintenance Staff (Building)
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building and facility maintenance (electrical systems, AC, plumbing, infrastructure).
Basic understanding of plumbing systems (clean water and drainage).
Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings (building layouts, installations).
Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures in maintenance work.
Ability to plan preventive maintenance schedules and execute them efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities and utilities.
Handle maintenance for electrical installations, air conditioning, plumbing, and minor construction work.
Ensure production and office facilities operate safely and efficiently.
Assist in supervising minor renovation or repair projects.
Supervise and evaluate team members' performance.
Maintain the availability of maintenance tools and spare parts.
Prepare and submit maintenance and repair reports.
Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
4. Maintenance Operator (Building)
Qualifications:
Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building or facility maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and air conditioning.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings (building layouts, installations).
Familiar with OHS practices in maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities and utilities.
Handle corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, AC, and minor construction issues.
Support supervisors during renovation or repair projects.
Maintain tools and spare parts inventory.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and on schedule.
Prepare daily maintenance and repair activity reports.
Follow OHS guidelines during all work activities.
